Erfahrungen mit der neuen Norm bei sicherheitsrelevanten elektrischen/elektronischen Systemen in Kraftfahrzeug

Mitte 2011 tritt die ISO 26262 ("Road Vehicles — Functional Safety") für sicherheitsrelevante elektrische und elektronische Systeme in Kraftfahrzeugen in Kraft. Sicherheitsrelevante Systeme in Kraftfahrzeugen sollen dann gemäß ISO 26262 entwickelt und produziert werden. Die Euroforum-Jahrestagung hat bereits in den letzten beiden Jahren mit großem Erfolg und Zuspruch eine Plattform für den Expertenaustausch etabliert. 2011 werden Ihnen die Experten intensiv von den ersten Erfahrungen und Umsetzungen berichten.

Our lecture will focus:

Agile Product Development in Combination with Scrum and V-Model

Currently, about 80% of companies use agile development processes or plan to introduce agile processes on a short to medium term basis. In industries like automotive, healthcare, defence the introduction of agile processes will become more and more inevitable – whilst existing Waterfall and V-Models have to be continued at the same time.

In practise, the combination of “Agile” and “V-Model” is quite often a challenge for many companies: Customer-specific adjustments on a short-term basis are usually based on agile processes whilst long lasting product developments continue to rely on V-Model-processes.

In our live-presentation we demonstrate solutions for hybrid-development processes that enable a combination of “V-Model” and “Agile” – especially Scrum and Kanban – on one common platform. Thereby, functions like Reporting or Traceability grant a transparent project status during the complete development process.

Agile Produktentwicklung in Kombination mit Scrum und V-Modell

Aktuell nutzen etwa 80% der Unternehmen Agile Entwicklungsprozesse bzw. planen auf kurz- bis mittelfristige Sicht, Agile Prozesse einzuführen. In Industriebereichen wie u.a. Automotive, Healthcare, Defense wird das Anwenden von Agile-Prozessen auf absehbare Zeit unvermeidbar, jedoch müssen gleichzeitig bestehende Waterfall und V-Modelle fortgeführt werden.

In der Praxis stellt die Kombination von “Agile” und “V-Modell” oftmals eine Herausforderung für viele Unternehmen dar: Kurzfristige, kundenspezifische Anpassungen basieren meist auf Agile-Prozessen, langjährige Produktentwicklungen hingegen weiterhin auf V-Modell-Prozessen.

Auf den “Objektspektrum Information Days” stellen wir in einer Live-Präsentation Lösungen für Hybrid-Entwicklungsprozesse vor, die eine Kombination von “V-Modell” und “Agile” – besonders Scrum und Kanban – auf einer gemeinsamen Plattform ermöglichen.
