With CodeBeamer RM you can manage requirements from planning your software/hardware releases, defining your requirements, and trough the development, testing and deployment phases you can manage all of your application lifecycle.
It is 100% web based provides strong collaboration capabilities and from design it is tightly integrated with the ALM package. Unlike other vendor’s requirement management products is not a siloed application, it is fully integrated with the CodeBeamer ALM system.

  • End-to-End Traceability allows requirement relationship visualization easily. CodeBeamer RM is integrated with codeBeamer ALM and trough the integration also with the popular SCM tools to provide end-to-end traceability of all development project artifacts such as test, task, bugs and code.
  • Requirement Workflow ensures only authorized personnel can alter or add requirements and determine how to test requirements. It helps to ensure that the requirements are implemented correctly.
  • Requirement Baselines Using baselines you can make lightweight snapshots of the whole requirement documentation, including wiki pages, documents, images, attachments and all other types of artifacts. This is the primary means for versioning the states of the rapidly changing requirement specification, along its evolution. The baselines are optimal for comparing two states of documentation, computing deviation between two states, for audit purposes, and for certification for an approval.
