Our software development and maintenance processes have improved since

- Communication overhead: prior to starting to use codebeamer, we
would have many meetings or conference calls to solve issues. Now
records of all communications are available in the system and
everyone can be notified at the same time of problems or
progress. Team members are easily made aware of the status of
their work.
- Geographic barriers: before using codebeamer, we had difficulties
communicating between the offices located in Taiwan and China.
CodeBeamer makes our collaboration across the Taiwan Strait much
more efficient.
- Work Efficiency: before implementing codeBeamer we used Subversion
strictly for software version control. Our other tools -eg. for
configuration management, release management or maintenance- were
manually administered. Now our data are centralized and
information can be easily retrieved and reviewed. This greatly
increases our effectiveness.
